At Creating Imaginations, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. We understand that there may be circumstances where you may wish to return a product. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns will be accepted and the procedures to follow.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products such as downloadable files (e.g., premium chatbot prompts, SEO guides), returns are not accepted once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical difficulties in accessing the digital product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
1.2 Services
For services provided, such as our AI-Driven Digital Marketing Training Program and other digital services, returns are generally not applicable once the service has commenced. If you cancel your enrollment within the first hour of the first session, you will be eligible for a full refund as stated in our Refund Policy.
1.3 Physical Products
If we ever introduce physical products, the following conditions will apply:
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other specific terms.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible products (if applicable), please follow these steps:

Email us at puneet@creatingimaginations.com within the return window to request a return. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. - Receive Return Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with return authorization and instructions. - Return the Product:
If applicable, securely pack the product in its original packaging. Include any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it. Send the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned product (if applicable) and verification of its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued based on the following criteria:
- Digital Products: Refunds will only be provided for technical issues as outlined above.
- Physical Products: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for a return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards or certificates.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Opened or used items that cannot be resold.
