Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Creating Imaginations, we strive to provide the best services and products to meet the needs of our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you may want to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our products and services.

1. Services

1.1 AI-Driven Digital Marketing Training Program (5-Day)

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in our AI-Driven Digital Marketing Training Program, you may do so within the first hour of the first session. You will be eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within this time frame.
Cancellations after the first hour will not be eligible for refunds as the session and learning materials will have already been provided.
Refund Process:
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

1.2 Social Media Strategy, Content Strategy, and Other Digital Services

Cancellation:
Once the purchase of a social media strategy, content strategy, or other digital service (e.g., website design, brand identity, films, and animations) is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted due to the customized nature of the service.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service or if there is a significant delay beyond the promised delivery timeline without prior communication.
To request a refund in such cases, you must submit a request within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Premium Chatbot Prompts & SEO Guides

Refunds:
As these are downloadable digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed.
In the case of technical issues preventing access to the product, you may contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided at our discretion.

3. Website Development Services

3.1 Customized Online Selling and Landing Page Websites

Cancellation:
Website development projects can be cancelled only if work has not yet begun within 24 Hours of Purchase. Once the design phase has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis depending on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
If you cancel the project before the design and development process begins, a full refund will be issued. If work has already commenced, a partial refund will be calculated based on the progress made.

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim and may accept or reject the refund request based on the evidence provided.

Mode of Refund:
Refunds will only be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.) used during the purchase.
